We do not accept returns on any items unless they are defective or the wrong item was sent.
Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
Exchange is only valid if the exchange request has been generated within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
To initiate the request, please visit our Support Center at www.kuku.pk/support and generate the ticket. Our support team usually takes 24-48 hours to respond.
Notify our Instagram team @thekukustore with your order number and order name once you have generated the ticket from our support center.
We do not offer any kind of pick-up service for parcel. Our delivery system is COD and it only works one-way, from our warehouse to customers address only.
In case of error on our end we will bear the delivery cost incurred by the customer (through standard courier service) while sending the item along with the cost of re-sending the exchanged item.
Please note that all items must be tagged, unworn and packed in their original condition along with the COD receipt. If any of these items are missing, the exchange would not be possible.
A final inspection will be done by our team before processing the exchange.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
In case of unavailability of the product a voucher of the same amount will be provided which can be redeemed within 1 month of issuance. This voucher won’t be valid on sale items.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
